After 20 years in the Health and Fitness business doing everything I could to motivate and encourage individuals to exercise and eat healthy, I finally realized it was about time…

  1. Time to help busy Americans breakthrough the #1 barrier to regular exercise-TIME!
  2. Time to challenge the old way of thinking of only hours in the gym will make a difference to our health and fitness.
  3. Time to create an effective, easy to use and complete fitness program anyone could accomplish in just 10 minutes anytime, anywhere with or without equipment.
  4. Time to quit talking about the benefits of exercise and start realizing them-1 minute at a time!
  5. Time to create a 10 Minute fitness movement across our country and around the world.
