Hello everyone! I hope to see you all tomorrow at the Nutrilite Health Institute’s Center for Optimal Health in Buena Park, CA! You’ll have the opportunity to see the beautiful Center for Optima Health as well as join in a number of activities planned for the day. Dr. Duke Johnson, Medical Director for the Center and I will be signing books and chatting about Optimal Health and fitness as well as signing our books. An expected crowd of 2,000+ people will be in attendance-so come early if you can!
